This fruit bowl workshop supports Kanbe's Markets, a Kansas City nonprofit working to transform food loss into food access. Kanbe's redirects produce donated from regional distributors and local farms that would otherwise go to landfill, helping ensure reliable, affordable fruits and vegetables are available in neighborhoods across the city. Participation in this class helps support that work. 25% of class sales will be donated to Kanbe's.
