Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, last-minute cancellations make it challenging to fill open spots.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled workshop/event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try and move you to a different workshop, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather (including but not limited to snow, ice, severe storms, or unsafe travel conditions), Claymates, LLC reserves the right to reschedule a workshop or class for the safety of our guests and staff.

• If a class is rescheduled due to inclement weather and you are unable to attend the new date, you will be issued a class credit that may be applied toward a future Claymates workshop.
• No refunds will be issued for classes rescheduled due to inclement weather.
• Class credits are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified by Claymates, LLC.

We will notify participants as soon as possible if a class is affected by weather conditions.
