Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate others.

  • 72+ hours before the workshop: Full refund.
  • 24 to 72 hours before the workshop: 50% refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Liability Waiver

Participating in workshops, classes, and events at Claymates, LLC involves working with tools, equipment, and materials that may pose risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, dust exposure, and other potential hazards. By booking a class, you acknowledge and assume all associated risks and waive any claims against Claymates, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the premises. You also agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather (including but not limited to snow, ice, severe storms, or unsafe travel conditions), Claymates, LLC reserves the right to reschedule a workshop or class for the safety of our guests and staff.

  • If a class is rescheduled due to inclement weather and you are unable to attend the new date, you will be issued a class credit that may be applied toward a future Claymates workshop.
  • No refunds will be issued for classes rescheduled due to inclement weather.
  • Class credits are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified by Claymates, LLC.

We will notify participants as soon as possible if a class is affected by weather conditions.

Media Release Consent

By booking a class or event at Claymates, LLC, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during workshops and events to be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member in advance.
